This gorgeous ruffle stretch top is covered top to bottom on the front with soft chiffon ruffles or lace ruffles! The shoulder straps and the top are stretchy for a perfect fit. The top is not scratchy at all. Very soft, very girly! Made from the same chiffon and Lace as in my pettiskirts.
